Shipping policy
Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card; however, your card will not be charged at this stage. We will then confirm with our supplier that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once availability is confirmed, we will process the payment, and your order will be dispatched. If there is any delay, such as an item being on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you immediately to let you know.
Order Delivery: Once your order has been placed and confirmed in stock, it will be dispatched directly from our trusted suppliers within 5 working days. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@officemilloner.co.uk so that we can assist you.
Important Delivery Information:

Large or Heavy Items: Deliveries for large or heavy items will be made via a 45ft articulated lorry and are strictly kerbside delivery only. This means the item(s) will be offloaded to the nearest accessible kerbside point at the delivery address. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for the movement of these items from the kerbside into their premises. Please ensure you have adequate resources and assistance available at the time of delivery.

Smaller Orders: For smaller orders, a 2-man delivery service will be used via a Luton van. This service typically includes delivery to the ground floor entrance. For specific requirements beyond this (e.g., delivery to an upper floor or specific room), please contact us at info@officemilloner.co.uk prior to placing your order to discuss feasibility and any potential additional costs.

Packaging: Please note that orders shipped directly from our suppliers will include a blank despatch note, meaning the packaging slip will not contain our supplier's branding or pricing.
Damages: We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items and their packaging at the point of delivery, especially for large items. We strongly advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items, along with your order number, to info@officemilloner.co.uk immediately so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds: Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order, or if the order has already been processed for dispatch by our supplier, may be subject to additional fees.
If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Please be aware that returns of dispatched items will incur a significant restocking fee of 75% of the original purchase price, as per our supplier's terms. This fee will be deducted from your refund. A credit will be issued after a satisfactory inspection of the returned goods by the supplier.
Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order
