Delivery&Returns

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, your payment method may be authorised while we confirm product availability with our supplier. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for dispatch.

Once availability is confirmed, we will process your payment and prepare your order for dispatch. If there is any delay, such as an item being on backorder, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and discuss the available options.

Order Delivery

Once your order has been placed and the item is confirmed to be in stock and available for dispatch, your order will usually be dispatched within 5 working days. We will send tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.

If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please contact us at marketmilloner@officemilloner.co.uk so that we can help.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

We want customers to feel confident when ordering from Office Milloner. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at marketmilloner@officemilloner.co.uk within 28 days of receiving your order so we can guide you through the return process.

Items should be returned unused, unassembled where possible, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged safely for transport.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the case and arrange the most suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, collection, or refund.

For non-faulty returns, customers may be responsible for return delivery costs. Any deduction from a refund will only apply where an item has been used, damaged, assembled beyond inspection, or returned in a condition that reduces its value.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
